What it includes
Pallet and bulky storage
High-bay racking and floor space in Hanau, secure and dry.
Multi-box sets
Every box carries a label and the pick list asks for all of them, so the set arrives complete.
Freight shipping
Outside our own routes we hand over to freight forwarders, with tracking on the order.
2-person delivery
Our teams carry items to the room of use, unpack them and take the packaging away.
Installation
Furniture and kitchens are assembled by our fitters and signed off digitally with photos.
Damage and claims
Damage and missing parts are recorded on the order, and follow-up deliveries are planned straight away.

Do you deliver across Germany?
In the Rhine-Main region we deliver with our own teams on planned routes. Across Germany we work with freight forwarders and service partners who deliver and install to our standards.
