How fulfillment pricing works
Fulfillment is priced by component, not as a flat fee. Knowing the components helps you compare quotes and see where costs come from. This is how we price and what we need from you for a quote.

The components of a fulfillment price
Inbound
Receiving, checking and put-away, usually per pallet, parcel or hour.
Storage
Per pallet space or area per month. Slow-moving stock costs space, fast-moving stock costs handling.
Picking
Per order and per line. Multi-box sets are picked as one set so nothing is missing.
Packing
Material and time where goods need repacking, securing or bundling.
Shipping or delivery
Parcel and freight at carrier rates, 2-person delivery and installation by effort, region and floor.
Extras
Labelling, returns inspection, stocktakes, photos or showroom installation, charged only when used.

Frequently asked questions
Do you publish fixed prices?
No. Furniture and bulky goods vary too much for a fair list price. Your quote lists every component so you can compare.
Which currency do you quote in?
In euros, net of German VAT.
