What we handle
Inbound and inspection
You announce deliveries in the portal. We receive containers, trucks or parcels at the dock, check quantity and condition and record damage with photos.
Warehousing
2,500 m² of our own space in Hanau with high-bay racking, CCTV and alarm, temperature-controlled when needed, plus over 8,200 m² through partners across Germany.
Picking and packing
Mobile pick lists, a label on every box and complete multi-box sets. Each order is closed with a staging location and a photo.
Parcel and freight shipping
We ship with DHL, DPD, GLS, UPS or your freight forwarder. Tracking numbers sit on the order and your customers get a tracking link.
2-person delivery and installation
Our teams carry items to the room of use, assemble them, take the packaging away and record the handover digitally.
Customs coordination
For goods arriving from outside the EU, we coordinate import clearance with our logistics partners so your stock reaches the warehouse.

Frequently asked questions
Do you work with companies outside Germany?
Yes. We advise in English, quote in euros and hold intro calls by video. Your contract partner is IBA Service GmbH in Hanau, Germany.
Can you deliver to other EU countries?
Parcels and freight can go to other EU countries through our carriers. Our own 2-person delivery and installation teams cover Germany.
What does fulfillment cost?
Pricing is built from inbound, storage, picking, packing and shipping or delivery. Our pricing page explains each component and what drives it.
How do orders reach you?
Through the client portal, by list upload, or automatically from your Shopify store. Other integrations are agreed during set-up.
Can my customers choose a delivery date?
Yes. For scheduled deliveries your customer receives a link to a live order status page where they pick a slot from our proposals or ask for a call back. The page is in German.
